Alan L. Martini graduated from Pomona College in 1974 and received his J.D. from Northwestern School of Law in 1977. He has been a practicing trial lawyer for over 25 years. Prior to the formation of the law firm of Sheuerman, Martini & Tabari, he was a partner at Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in over 40 major trials and binding arbitrations. These cases have involved insurance coverage and bad faith, personal injury, professional liability, products liability, environmental tort claims and anti-trust actions in the Federal and State Courts.
Mr. Martini has represented developers, engineering firms, manufacturing firms and high tech firms in a variety of environmental claims, including cleanups and toxic torts as well as related insurance coverage issues.
Mr. Martini has also represented numerous companies in business litigation involving contract, fraud, antitrust, and securities' fraud issues. The firm prides itself in handling this type of litigation in a cost-effective manner.
