| | Catherine Flecksteiner joined the staff at Sheuerman, Martini & Tabari in 2010 after having worked as a nurse consultant for over 17 years with a large medical malpractice firm in San Jose. Ms. Flecksteiner has extensive experience in assisting attorneys in procuring records, analyzing medical documentation, conducting research and assessing medical and nursing practices. She identifies and communicates with expert consultants and provides appropriate and streamlined records to experts for review and evaluation of care. She interacts with hospital and healthcare clients to obtain records and other evidence and works to ensure complete case documents and materials, including extensive electronic data and imaging studies.
Ms. Flecksteiner has a nursing background with experience in teaching, hospital quality assurance and risk management. She received her Nursing Diploma from St. Luke's Hospital in Bethlehem, PA and a Masters degree in Education from Rutgers University. Prior to her law firm experience she was employed by a Professional Liability Insurance carrier and served as a Risk Management Advisor to multiple bay area hospitals.
