| | Kim Hara has been an attorney at the firm since 2011. Her current practice is dedicated to the defense of hospitals, physicians and other health care providers in medical malpractice lawsuits.
Ms. Hara began her legal career representing plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury cases and handled matters involving premises liability, government torts, and wrongful death. Prior to her admission to the State Bar, she externed for the Superior Court of California in San Francisco and clerked for the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office.
Ms. Hara obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Davis in 2004 and her law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2008. She is admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of California, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California.
